That's a bold statement for developing a new downtown in Westminster, but as the towns between Denver and Boulder continue to grow and receive recognition, it will be a welcome development. The area under renovation will be the 105-acre site including the previous Westminster Mall area. Check out the plans on their website and a map of the plan.
